My goal designing this plan is to help spark or re-spark the motivation needed to feel good working out and keep exercise simple. HIIT is a great way to ignite your metabolism and is something you can do from a beach to a your living room. HIIT stands for High Intense Interval Training so if you want to get the results which you can achieve by using this plan, make sure you stay within all of the times limits/working times to keep it INTENSE! That is the key (not the amount of time you spend doing the workout).


You will receive 3 workouts a week all with exercise tutorials as well as access to The Audio Trainer™ App. Within the app you can control all of your workout schedule, track your food and also create more workouts for yourself with the 100’s of exercises available!

I'm new to working out. Is this for me?

Yes for sure. The majority of the exercises in the plan are measured with time meaning you can push yourself as hard as you can within that time limit.

Do I need to get equipment to do any of the workouts?

The beauty of this plan is that you DO NOT need any equipment. The only think you may need is a chair or a sofa to do some of the exercises.
